Terms and Conditions

1. Business Model & Product Scope

QufazGear is a B2B manufacturing unit offering custom-designed industrial safety gear. We specialize in cowhide rigger gloves, welding gloves, and protective workwear such as coveralls. Each product is crafted according to client-specific requirements and is not mass-produced.

2. Sampling Policy

To help clients evaluate our quality and craftsmanship, we offer physical product samples before the start of bulk production.

  • Sample Cost: Samples are free of charge; however, clients are responsible for shipping costs.

     

  • Client Approval: Once the sample is confirmed, it becomes the official reference for all production specifications including material, finish, and sizing.

3. Order Confirmation & Production

Manufacturing is scheduled once both of the following have occurred:

  • The client has confirmed the sample

     

  • The initial advance payment has been received as per agreed terms

     

All production follows the approved sample guidelines. If minor internal improvements are required, they may be applied without compromising the expected quality.

4. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms include:

  • 60% advance at order approval

     

  • 40% balance upon completion of production and before shipment

     

If alternative payment terms are needed, they must be proposed in advance and confirmed in writing prior to production

5. Changes & Cancellations

Due to the nature of made-to-order production:

  • Requested changes after production begins may not be feasible

     

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing is underway

     

  • If cancellation is mutually accepted, all costs incurred to date (materials, labor, etc.) will be deducted from the initial payment

6. Delivery & Shipping

Goods are dispatched once the remaining balance has been fully settled.

  • Estimated delivery schedules are shared at the time of order confirmation and may vary based on production load and shipping conditions

     

  • QufazGear is not liable for delays caused by shipping companies, customs inspections, or other factors outside our control

     

In case of delays caused by unavoidable circumstances, QufazGear will not be held responsible for any resulting penalties, financial losses, or contractual obligations

7. Receiving & Acceptance

Clients are advised to inspect the goods promptly upon delivery.

  • If there are any concerns related to quantity, quality, or specifications, these must be communicated to us within three working days from the date the shipment is received

     

If no feedback is provided within this timeframe, the delivery will be deemed accepted without objection

8. Product Use & Limitations

Each item is produced in line with the client’s confirmed design and intended usage.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the correct handling, storage, and application of the products

     

QufazGear is not responsible for any damage, failure, or loss resulting from misuse, inappropriate usage, or unauthorized modifications

9. Legal Jurisdiction

All agreements, transactions, and related matters will be handled under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. In case of disputes, the courts located in Lahore shall have exclusive jurisdiction
