B2B Return Policy for Custom Orders

At QufazGear, we’re committed to delivering high-quality, made-to-order safety gloves and protective coveralls for our international B2B clients. Given the custom nature of our manufacturing process and the critical role of client-approved samples, our return policy is designed to be clear and straightforward for bulk orders.

Our Quality Assurance & Sample Approval Process

Before any bulk order production begins, QufazGear provides physical samples of the exact product specifications, with shipping costs covered by the customer. We only proceed with bulk manufacturing after receiving your written approval of these samples. This sample approval process is vital, as it establishes the definitive standard for your final product.

Non-Returnable Goods

Due to the tailored, made-to-order nature of our B2B production and the prior sample approval process, QufazGear generally does not accept returns for orders that:

Match the Approved Sample: If the delivered bulk order precisely conforms to the quality, specifications, and characteristics of your approved sample, returns will not be accepted.

Result from Customer Input: This includes incorrect specifications provided by the customer, changes in customer requirements after sample approval, or improper storage and handling of the products by the customer.

Are “Change of Mind” Returns: Since products are custom-manufactured specifically for your order, we cannot accommodate returns based on a change of preference.

Defective or Non-Conforming Goods

In the rare event that your bulk order contains manufacturing defects or does not conform to the approved sample specifications, QufazGear will review your claim thoroughly.

To initiate a claim for defective or non-conforming goods:

Notification Period: You must notify QufazGear in writing within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of the defect or non-conformity, and clear photographic evidence.

Assessment & Verification: Our quality assurance team will review the provided information. We may request further details or a return of a specific portion of the goods for in-depth inspection at our facility in Lahore, Pakistan. Shipping costs for goods returned for inspection, if requested by QufazGear, will be covered by QufazGear.

Resolution: If a genuine manufacturing defect or non-conformity to the approved sample is confirmed, QufazGear will, at its discretion, pursue one of the following resolutions:

Replacement: Manufacture and ship replacement goods conforming to the original specifications and approved sample.

Repair: Repair the non-conforming goods if feasible.

Credit: Issue a credit note for future purchases with QufazGear, equivalent to the value of the non-conforming goods.
